Yosemite Workshops, Training, and Tours
Do
you know about Yosemite’s “natural firefall,” Yosemite’s best locations
for photographing spring bloom and fall color, the best time for a
rainbow at each of Yosemite’s waterfalls, or where in Yosemite to be
with your camera at sunrise and sunset? I can show you all these
things, guide you to those "classic" Yosemite shots, and show you some
equally great but less known locations.

My qualifications
To
see my qualifications, first look at my pictures. If you don’t like
what you see, read no further. If you do like my work, you may not even
care that my photography is featured in magazines, art galleries, and
private collections, and on calendars and greeting cards. Of more
significance may be that I’m a California native, a frequent Yosemite
visitor for over 40 years, and a Yosemite photographer for over 25
years. I have photographed Yosemite in all seasons, day and night, sun
and rain and snow, close-up and wide angle. I'm also an experienced and
enthusiastic trainer. And unlike many photographers for whom Yosemite
is just one workshop subject among many, I am very much a California and Yosemite
specialist.
